A. Our company accepts international orders. Freight and related charges may apply.
B. Local purchases will be processed in Taiwanese dollars. All estimates will be in $NT plus tax.
C. International purchases will be processed in American dollars. All estimates will be in $US plus tax.
D. As we do not display the price of our products, online credit card payment is currently not available.
2. Payment
A. Quote estimate will remain valid for five workdays. Shipment will be cancelled if payment is not
completed within this timeframe.
B. For shipments within Taiwan there will be an additional shipping charge of $100NT for shipments under $2000NT. Additional shipping charge applies for international shipments.
C. We will contact you via phone or email if stock shortage is encountered for your order. You may apply
for a refund, wait for the product to restock, or exchange for other products.

3. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
A. Returns
Please contact us prior to returning your shipment in order to confirm the reason and status of the product. After we have received the returned shipment and confirmed its status, we will return your funds to the selected account.
B. 7-Day Return Period
If the last day of the 7-Day Return Period coincides with a Taiwanese holiday, the return period will extend over to the next work day.
All return products must be in its pristine condition and all of its accessories and related documents must be present in the return package.
Return packages that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
C. Return and Refund Policies
Our company does not accept returns and refunds after the 7-Day Return Period.
When returning a product, please enclose its manufacturer packaging with another appropriate medium. Please refrain from writing or labelling on return items. The product will not be available for return or refund if there are any lost or missing parts.
If defective products were found to be operatable after testing, the customer will be responsible for any incurred costs.
After returned items have been processed and confirmed, refund will be transferred within 7 work days. An email will be sent to notify customer of the transaction.
Customer may request an exchange of product due to any damages that occurred during delivery or the manufacturing process. Syntax Co. will cover delivery fees incurred during the return process. Please return the defected item within 7 days of arrival with its complete packaging. We will gladly replace your shipment.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your shipment, please contact our sales rep and state your:
1. Order number and product name
2. Contact information including name and phone number
3. Reason of return
We do not accept return shipments without prior notice.
We do not accept return shipments that meet the below requirements (with exception to poor quality and incorrect shipment):
1. When a sample of the product has been confirmed by the customer prior to shipment
2. Specially ordered items - products that are not listed on the Syntax Co. website
3. Shipments that have past the 7-day return period.
4. Missing product content(s) when returned (accessories, original receipt, order slip, manufacturer's packaging, and all other original packaging content).
5. Any marks, scratches, warranty sticker or parts removed.
6. Products that are pre-labelled,
7. Soldered or used IC, wires, or other electronic components.
8. If damages are caused by natural disasters after the arrival of the shipment.
D. Online Ordering Return / Exchange Process

4. After-Sales Services
A. What happens if the items I received are broken, damaged, or not what I ordered?
Please contact our company’s sales rep to assist you with the return process. All returned items must
contain shipment slips and be in its original packaging. To request for a return or refund, please provide the original sales receipt within 7 days (including weekends and Taiwanese national holidays).
Refund and return requirements: All items must be in its original form along with all accessories. There should be no shortage, damage, writings or labels on all of the items and its accessories. Items cannot be refunded or returned with regard to human errors (ie. scratches, burns, compressions, dents, presence of foreign objects, humidity, or damage to, removal of, or inability to identify the product code or warranty label) or mishap in handling causing the damages.
B. Can I request for an exchange if I ordered the wrong item?
Please contact our company’s sales rep to assist you with your exchange. Syntax does not provide
direct online exchange services. The customer will be responsible for additional shipment and other fees.
Below items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been confirmed by the buyer
- Specially requested items that are not displayed on our website
5. What happens if I discover problems with the item after the 7-Day Return Period?
If the order had expired from the 7-Day Return Period, our company no longer provides return or refund
services.
6. How is the 7-Day Return Period calculated? (Please refer to 3.a. for more details)
The 7-Day Return Period begins on the day the shipment arrives to the buyer.
7. Can I return anything under any circumstances within the 7-Day Return Period?
Syntax Co. reserves the right to terminate the 7-Day Return Period policy. The 7-Day Return Period is
not the same as trial period. All returned or refunded items must be in its original condition with
complete packaging.
